If
you are dissatisfied with the performance of an AIRHAWK Product for any reason,
you may return it to the original seller within 60 days of your purchase for a
full refund, provided you comply with all of the following conditions:

The AIRHAWK Product must be returned no later than 60 days
from its original purchase date.

The product must be returned in “new / resellable
condition”.

The serial number must be intact.

The return must include a valid proof of purchase in the
form of a receipt or bill of sale specifically containing the date of the
original purchase.
This
Guarantee expires sixty (60) days from the date you purchased the AIRHAWK
Product and will be voided if the AIRHAWK Product is damaged or modified in any
way.
For AIRHAWK Products
purchased in the United States, you must first contact the AIRHAWK Dealer that
sold you the AIRHAWK Product; if, for some reason, they refuse to handle the
Guarantee, then please contact ROHO’s Customer Service Department at
1-800-851-3449 for instructions.
For AIRHAWK Products purchased
outside of the United States, please contact the Distributor or Dealer from
whom you purchased the AIRHAWK Product.
It is up to our International Distributors’ and Dealers’ discretion on
how they process the return.

LIMITED
WARRANTY ON AIRHAWK PRODUCTS
WHAT
IS COVERED?
ROHO Inc. (“ROHO”) covers any defects in materials or workmanship of the
AIRHAWK Products.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
ROHO does not cover anything that would not be considered a defect in materials
or workmanship including, but not limited to an AIRHAWK product that: has been
misused; has had the serial number altered, defaced, or removed; has been
damaged by an accident; or, has been damaged from "an act of Nature",
e.g., flood, tornado, earthquake, fire. Any modifications to the Product will
void the warranty.
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?
The warranty period commences on the date that a new AIRHAWK Product is
purchased by the original user /owner (the “Purchase Date”). The warranty periods are as follows:
- For the AIRHAWK Pro Truck, AIRHAWK Motorcycle and AIRHAWK
Aviation cushions – 36 months from the Purchase Date.
- For the AIRHAWK 2 Motorcycle and AIRHAWK Truck Seat
Cushions – 18 months from the Purchase Date.
- For all covers – 6 months from the Purchase Date.
WHAT
THE CUSTOMER MUST DO TO MAKE A VALID CLAIM:
The customer must first ship the AIRHAWK product with a valid proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or bill of
sale showing the date of the original purchase to:

If
there are any issues with the return, a Customer Service Representative will
then contact the customer about the return and notify them of the status.
WHAT WILL ROHO DO?
Within
the Warranty Period of your AIRHAWK Product, if a defect arises in materials or
workmanship and a Valid Claim is received, ROHO, at its option and to the
extent permitted by law, will replace it with an equivalent to the original
AIRHAWK Product. A replacement
AIRHAWK Product will have a fully renewed Warranty Period that is specific to
that AIRHAWK model; see the “HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?” section above to
reference product warranties.

DISCLAIMER
Any implied warranties, including the MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE are also limited to the Warranty Period stated above from
the date of original purchase, and any action for a breach of such warranties
or any express warranties herein must be commenced within this time. ROHO shall
not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages with respect to
economic loss or injuries to property, whether as a result of a breach of express
or implied warranties, or otherwise. ROHO will not be responsible for the
results of careless handling or unreasonable or improper use of this product.
YOUR JURISDICTION LAW
RIGHTS AND THE EFFECT OF THIS WARRANTY UPON THEM.
This
warranty restricts the duration of all implied warranties as noted above and
limits or excludes recovery for incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow
limitations on how long implied warranties will last, and some jurisdictions do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages,
so those provisions may not apply to you.
While this warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may also have
other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
